Tomonori Hashimoto
After gaining experience in hotel restaurants, wholesale businesses, and ramen shops, Tomonori Hashimoto founded the Madai Ramen Mengyo brand in 2016.
In the same year, Mengyo won first place overall in the new shop category at the TRY Ramen Awards, along with multiple category awards.
He has appeared in numerous media programs, including winning TV Tokyo’s TV Champion Kiwami ramen craftsman competition and becoming the champion of the fifth and sixth Job Tune arranged ramen battles on TBS.
He develops brands such as Madai Ramen Mengyo, Chuka Soba Manchiken, and MANPUKU, earning recognition in Japan and overseas.
